   The cost is $1,595. per month, with a six-month billing cycle.  Production of  an original design is $2,000 for a vinyl flex face unit.  If you provide the flex face unit, the one-time installation and maintenance cost is $500.
   
   This price  includes two season passes and a preferred parking pass to Scioto Downs, which can be used for entertaining guests or for promotional purposes.  As an On-Track advertiser, the track also offers preferential treatment if you wish to exhibit merchandise or schedule some type of tie-in on-premises promotion.  I will be more than happy to assist you in coordinating such projects with track management personnel.
   
   Our high renewal rate indicates that this is a quite effective way to reach your target market.  Scioto Downs attracts upscale, affluent adults with disposable cash and strong credit.  They're your perfect customers!


  SIMULCAST is a state-of-the-art satellite television network, which enables racing fans at one track to watch and wager on races at remote tracks. Scioto Downs is one of 115 tracks across the country wired to both send and receive SIMULCAST.

   This year all National, regional, and co-op ON TRACK advertisers at Scioto Downs will receive the added bonus of SIMULCAST at no additional charge. This means your billboard will be viewed by an average of 23 million fans per week both at race tracks and off-track betting facilities (OTB) in virtually every major city across America !!

   Some of the simulcast locations include: The Meadows and Pocono Downs in Pennsylvania, Pompano in Florida, Rosecroft in Maryland, Yonkers in New York, Hazel in Michigan, Hoosier in Indiana, Colonial in Virginia, and all Ohio tracks except Buelah Park.
